Nord DDB - Björn Borg breaks the norm
Björn Borg is a small sports brand in a world of giants. To stand out, it has also chosen a slightly different path than the bigger sports brands when it comes to how it talks about training and the benefits of it. It's not news what happens to your body when you exercise, what's more fascinating is what happens in your brain. When you exercise, serotonin, adrenaline, dopamine and endorphins are released. In fact, so many central stimulants can be released that it's comparable to some types of happy drugs. Clara Uddman, Hanna Ternström and Johanna Juhlin talked about how Björn Borg has taken advantage of this in the famous Chase The Exerhighs campaign.
