RIVER - When the boys became girls
This spring, Brommapojkarna played in a match shirt with BrommaGirls printed on the back - to highlight the importance of norms in the world of sports and the club's extensive gender equality work. Malin Evrenos, Associate Creative Director and Janna Norberg, Art Director at River talked about the campaign that made Sweden bubble over with both anger and joy last spring.
North DDB – Bihotellet
With the "Big enough to make a difference" concept, McDonald's has strengthened its brand, reversed a declining guest curve and broken all-time sales records.The latest campaign, celebrating local sustainability initiatives, has been recognised globally through the brilliant "McHive" initiative - the world's first McDonald's for bees.
The initiative is now being extended to wild bees by providing outdoor signs next to restaurants where the bees can live. Meanwhile, McDonald's has launched a partnership with JCDecaux to create more nesting sites for wild bees on the backs of outdoor billboards around the country. Lisa Ström, Copywriter and Susanne Johansson, PR Director at Nord DDB talked about the acclaimed campaign and the initiative to save Sweden's bees.
