JCDecaux, Google and Tele2 showcase the magic of AI in groundbreaking outdoor campaign
Experience an enchanted Christmas world in the centre of Stockholm. Imagine gingerbread bridges on Kungsgatan, squirrels munching acorns on Stureplan's "Svampen" and giant Christmas presents on Sergels Torg. In a unique outdoor campaign, Google and Tele2 transform the streets of Stockholm into a fairytale winter wonderland and offer Christmas gift tips using AI.
The campaign, in partnership with JCDecaux, showcases the power of Google's AI-powered features. Using powerful editing tools in Google Pixel, magical Christmas scenes are created on digital outdoor billboards, giving passers-by a glimpse of what's possible as Stockholm's city centre is transformed into an enchanted Christmas world.
In collaboration with Google, we have created four digital boards placed on Kungsgatan, Drottninggatan, Stureplan and Sergels Torg that serve as inspirational arenas for what you can do with Google Pixel. We use the physical location to generate fantastic Christmas landscapes where you as a passer-by are. The campaign is groundbreaking and provides endless inspiration for how to work with DOOH. Outdoor is just the right arena for product launch and with Google's ingenious creative approach, this speaks for success," says Cecilia Claesson, Sales Director at JCDecaux.
Google's AI assistant Gemini also features prominently in the campaign, showing how it can inspire passers-by with Christmas gift tips and ideas.
By combining the creative power of Google Pixel with the visual impact of digital outdoor advertising, we can create a memorable experience for everyone in the festive season. The AI-powered features of Google Pixel put powerful editing tools at the user's fingertips and we're excited to showcase how they can add to the Christmas spirit," said Viktor Thunmarker, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Google.
The campaign is live during week 51 and, in addition to the four special installations in Stockholm, can be seen on JCDecaux's digital network throughout the country.
