After a three-month break, we were finally able to run a case seminar again. With a small audience in attendance, we listened to three exciting talks on communication during the Corona pandemic. The programme for the day looked like this (the video is below the programme):

McDonald's on pandemic communication
During Covid19, the Swedish "model" has been less vicious towards Swedish McDonald's than in the other Nordic countries. Staffan Ekstam, Marketing Manager for Sweden and Jens Welin, Account Manager at Nord DDB, talk about how McDonald's locally acts in three different phases to be relevant to their guests. The conversation will revolve around what has worked better or worse than expected, and what lessons have been learned during the tough spring of 2020.
