We love to invite for lunch!
Last week, JCDecaux launched an outdoor campaign for the struggling restaurant industry, encouraging people to keep buying lunch in restaurants. We also started to offer lunches to media and advertising agencies that we work with to help in a tangible way.
We get a lot of love and great feedback for our initiative and we are very happy to be able to do something good for our pubs combined with surprising the agencies we work with. It's a win-win for everyone involved and it's great to be able to put a smile on someone's face in these tough times that we're all experiencing at the moment. Together we can make a difference but people need to act here and now before even more pubs are forced to close, says JCDecaux's PR and Communications Manager Malin Otterström.
The campaign under the hashtag #payitforwardforsweden and it aims to encourage all who are in a position to help pubs survive their major crisis, which is already has put thousands of people out of work, by inviting friends or colleagues for lunch.
During the week we have offered about 150 lunches and we will continue to offer lunches until Easter.
